We use Wix.com and Zoom.us for video appointments and screen sharing. Wix.com and Zoom.us may create a record of information related to the Sessions, including length and date of the Sessions. We may also use a communications provider (e.g. Verizon) or other phone-related Guidance Services for voice calls. We do not store or record phone calls.

EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS

From time to time, Regency OTA may contact you via email to provide announcements, alerts, confirmations of appointments, or other information. We may receive a notification when you open an email from Regency OTA.
